Newark Mentoring Movement supports programs to launch, expand, and achieve research-based best practices in mentoring. The programs in our network come together as a community and support each other, sharing resources and lessons learned.

MENTOR TRAINING

Mentor trainings are research-based, highly interactive, and customized to the needs of your program/school and mentors. Become a mentor with Newark Mentoring Movement by starting your profile. Mentor alone, or with a group!  

MENTOR RECRUITMENT

MENTORING IN SCHOOLS

Our vision for Newark is that all school-aged youth have supportive, high-quality mentoring relationships with adults and older youth in their community, complementing family relationships. Newark Mentoring Movement partners directly with schools to implement school-based mentoring support and develop a school-wide culture of mentoring.
